Anarchism is a theory that demands action towards the destruction of capitalism and the state. Recipes for Disaster: An Anarchist Cookbook
This book—published by Crimethinc–is a collection of 62 “recipes” covering a wide variety of tactics and projects. You can order it online–it’s well worth the $10 price.
An Anarchist Organizing Manual
This booklet was published by a South African anarchist collective but it provides some basic information about how to form an anarchist group or collective.
Organizing Tools for Addressing Privilege
The anti-authoritarian collective Colours of Resistance has an excellent collection of materials aimed at helping anarchists and radicals deal with issues of privilege and to help them develop strong anti-racist analyses. Check out their “Organizing Tools” for the resources.
